Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Kate LeBoeuf Designs. We handcraft each item with care and aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak times or for custom orders, processing may take slightly longer—we’ll keep you updated.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily use UPS. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Local Pickup
We do not currently offer local pickup.

Shipping Locations
We ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages
